IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VOUCHER HOLDERS
- Session dates must be booked no later than 30 days before the voucher expires.
- Availability of dates depends on the current calendar — usually reservations should be made 3-4 months in advance but the time period may change.
- Gift session bookings are processed on a first come, first served basis and are not prioritized.
- There is no refund for a voucher that is not redeemed by the specified date.
